Applicants arriving for the interview complete a detailed Registration Form in which they are asked to complete the following information:

• Personal Details
• Health Questionnaire
• Numerical Test
• Two verifiable references
• Skills assessment

You must also present any documents that are relevant to your application, such as qualifications and certificates, which are copied, verified and placed on file.

During the interview we use modern techniques to build an accurate profile, based on your experience, attitudes, goals, work preference and ambition.

Following a successful interview your references will be checked. If these prove satisfactory, you will receive literature on the minimum standards required for temporary workers and finally entered into our database.

Once on the database, we will assist our workers in any way possible.  From offering guidance with tax, legal or social security problems to more practical assistance with mortgages and relocation.  Loyalty and commitment are just two of the benefits of having contented staff, and because Crest care, we will continue trying to please everyone all of the time.
